Step 1
Flash heating under pressure
The fresh raw material is subjected for a very short time to high-pressure steam, up to 6 bars. This rapid heating process prepares the product for decontamination without cooking it.

From D.I.C technology to the Vietnamese supply chain, Jigaroma controls the quality of the ingredients from origin to finished product.
The secret of D.I.C lies in an extremely rapid cycle that combines pressure, steam and a sudden drop into a vacuum to sanitize, texture and fix the quality of the plant.
Step 1
The fresh raw material is subjected for a very short time to high-pressure steam, up to 6 bars. This rapid heating process prepares the product for decontamination without cooking it.
Step 2
In less than 0.2 seconds, the pressure is released to a vacuum of around 50 mbar. This sudden drop causes the instantaneous self-vaporization of the water present in the plant cells.
Step 3
Explosive evaporation disrupts the product's internal structure, creating a unique porosity and instantly cooling the material. Volatile compounds, colors, and functionality are fixed in a near-native state.

Thermomechanical shock acts as a powerful sterilizer and allows a 5 log reduction without irradiation or chemicals.

The speed of the cycle preserves essential oils, pigments and the aromatic signature of the fresh plant.

The resulting honeycomb structure offers excellent flowability and almost instantaneous rehydration, even when cold.
Contamination-free processing, superior raw material quality, and end-to-end traceability.
We work directly with farmers selected for their cultivation practices and their ability to meet our demanding specifications.

We are building a local, sustainable and profitable supply chain for producers.

Our industrial facility in Vietnam is designed according to hygiene and flow control standards aligned with European expectations.
No container leaves our factory without a full certificate of analysis from accredited third-party laboratories. Each batch is validated for microbiology, pesticides, heavy metals, and contaminants according to the strictest EU standards.
