Our difference lies in freshness. We harvest the cinnamon bark (Casse variety) while it is still fresh and process it immediately in our Vietnamese factory.

This unique process combines gentle initial drying followed by D.I.C technology. This approach prevents oxidation and "cooks" the product much less than standard methods. The result is a 100% natural and sterilized powder that perfectly preserves cinnamaldehyde, key aroma molecules, offering a rare potency and aromatic complexity for this variety.
