Jigaroma kumquat powder delivers a unique citrus profile combining vibrant acidity and subtle bitterness in a stable format for professional applications.

Our approach is radically different from market standards. While many simply dry the juice and add carriers (maltodextrin) to obtain a powder, we process the entire fruit (peel and juice).

Our kumquats, a specific Vietnamese variety harvested when fully ripe and green, are processed using D.I.C technology. This gentle process preserves the integrity of the essential oils in the peel, the fiber in the pulp, and the vitamins in the juice. The result is a unique, 100% fruit product, free of any texturizers or additives, offering the true, complex flavor of fresh kumquats.

Improved Powder Hold

Unlike traditional lemon powders, which are often highly hygroscopic (and tend to clump), the D.I.C rapid drying process gives the powder a stable, porous structure. This results in better consistency and facilitates industrial dosing and homogeneous mixing in dry spice blends (such as rubs).
